Ernst and Young (EY) Global tasked the design team to develop a branding campaign focusing on the cultural history of the City of Detroit – EY Detroit: “Motor City”
The renovated inspiration focused on Work Space Management efficiencies, exquisitely appointed reception lounge; hub breakout dining lounge/work bar, open collaborative team rooms; 80-seat training room and an extensive technology and A/V package.
This branded design concept features: overhead garage door board room separators, polished concrete floors and tops; graffiti murals, accent graphics paint, high-end custom furniture, reclaimed wood accent ceilings and wall finishes throughout each floor.
The project featured an extremely aggressive 2-phase schedule. Construction was completed during off-hours in an occupied building with adjacent tenant occupied space.
