Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry overseeing a wide variety of public and private development projects. He has managed a broad range of small and large projects ranging in size up to 1.2 million SF and $65 Million.

Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industries. As President of Oliver / Hatcher Construction, Paul is involved in daily management, fully supporting the project team, and striving to exceed client’s expectations.

Nancy leads the OHC Accounting department by overseeing all budget management, financial planning, and reporting. With over 24 years in the industry and at Oliver / Hatcher Construction, she is dedicated to the future of the company.

Tim treats each customer’s project as if it were his own and exemplifies the OHC core values! After more than 24 years in the industry as a Project Manager, Tim is now a knowledgeable client liaison ensuring continued development growth and project success.
