Oliver / Hatcher provided construction management services for the new Charisma Salon and Day Spa within the Laurel Park Place Mall in Livonia, Michigan.
Prior to the commencement of construction, the prior food court that had been located within the space was demolished. Extensive underground plumbing was installed to service all hair washing stations along with the pedicure stations. Oliver / Hatcher exercised care and caution so as not to disrupt existing tenants during the construction process. All demolition and other disrupting activities were performed during off-hours.
The new retail space features numerous stylist stations, hair washing areas, manicure and pedicure areas, private massage rooms, as well as a reception area with retail displays.
