Oliver / Hatcher Construction completed the construction of a modern self-storage facility in Brighton, Michigan, totaling 80,000 square feet.
The facility included 33 convenient drive-up units and more than 520 temperature-controlled interior storage units in a variety of sizes. A large overhead door was incorporated to accommodate the loading and storage of oversized items.
At the corner of the building, OHC constructed a small lobby and retail area designed to welcome new customers and support unit registration. The project delivered a clean, efficient, and accessible storage solution tailored to meet the growing demand in the region.
