Nancy leads the OHC Accounting department by overseeing all budget management, financial planning, and reporting. With over 24 years in the industry and at Oliver / Hatcher Construction, she is dedicated to the future of the company.

Paul has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry overseeing a wide variety of public and private development projects. He has managed a broad range of small and large projects ranging in size up to 1.2 million SF and $65 Million.
