Oliver / Hatcher Construction proudly served as the General Contractor for a comprehensive series of facility improvements at Lincoln Middle School, delivering the upgrades in time for the start of the new school year. The project focused on enhancing the building’s functionality, comfort, and learning environment through the installation of new HVAC equipment and system upgrades, replacement windows throughout the facility, updated flooring and ceilings, electrical and lighting improvements, and renovations to the gymnasium. Significant heating and cooling enhancements were also completed across the facility’s roof, contributing to a more efficient and comfortable environment for students and staff.
As part of our commitment to supporting the school community, the Oliver / Hatcher Construction team donated new basketballs and volleyballs to help students begin the school year with enhanced recreational opportunities. The equipment was presented to Principal Gabrielle Avilla and Superintendent Dr. Major Mickens.
