Oliver / Hatcher provided CM services for the complete renovation of four floors within this occupied Class A office building and achieved LEED Certification.
The project required significant structural steel modifications to the existing composite deck to support IRS equipment and allow for anticipated storage capabilities. Access control and security systems were installed per the IRS requirements.
The Oliver / Hatcher team coordinated with all GSA /IRS trades including systems furniture, shelving, sound masking, telecommunication, and audio/visual work. Work was conducted after-hours and on weekends to avoid disrupting the existing tenants.
