Oliver / Hatcher provided construction management services for the Romulus Business Center’s new Building No. 3. The new 507,550 SF multi-tenant building on 25 acres was a part of a large re-development of a former General Motors parts distribution facility.
The new facility is constructed of insulated precast wall panels and features 495,000 SF of Class A industrial space and 15,000 SF of office space.
The warehouse area is equipped with tube and rotation air heating and an early suppression fast response (ESFR) fire system.
Construction on this project was completed in seven months.
