Oliver / Hatcher provided CM services for the relocation of this professional services firm to their new multi-floor space within a high-rise Class A office building.
The new office suite encompasses three full floors. The interior fit-out scope of this project included the installation of a monumental staircase between the floors. This staircase provides connection and circulation throughout the multi-floor suite.
Each floor provides a mix of private/enclosed and open office space. Also, each floor provides a variety of conference and workroom spaces, restrooms, and kitchenettes. Lockers line the core wall providing employees with dedicated secure storage for their personal items. Each floor has multiple small conference spaces that support the open office plan and can be utilized for confidential conversations or phone calls.
The project also includes a large centrally located pantry and cafe, as well as an expandable training room. Utility spaces feature storage, mechanical equipment, server room, and print room.
