This tenant improvement project was implemented in a high-rise office space in an urban environment. The scope included decommissioning of floors 20 and 21 and the renovation of floors 22 thru 25.
The finished spaces includes high-end client conference space with motorized partitions. All new conference rooms throughout feature floor to ceiling glass walls. The finishes include decorative ceiling systems, LED lighting, premium flooring along with custom woodwork and cabinetry throughout. The building’s existing offices were renovated along with the construction of new break rooms on each floor.
In addition to this project, Oliver / Hatcher has constructed and/or renovated 115,000 SF office space within the 150 W. Jefferson Building in the past three (3) years.
