Mastronardi Produce (SUNSET®) is a family-owned producer and distributor of greenhouse-grown produce. Since 1940, the family delivers high-quality, non-GMO tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, and berries.
Oliver / Hatcher Construction is expanding the Mastronardi Distribution Center to allow for more production to grocery stores in the Midwest United States.
The new expansion will be approximately 70,000 SF with 30 foot high ceilings. All will enter through a new spacious, well-lit entrance lobby with floor to ceiling windows. The south of the building will provide employees a modern two-story office.
The scope of work also includes the earthwork and paving for a new parking lot expansion to accommodate 85 vehicles.
