Oliver / Hatcher performed a complete renovation of the existing 300,000 SF building including repair and replacement of damaged steel columns and demolition of interior masonry partitions.
Removal and replacement of fire protection system including a new water main feed for the system.
Interior renovations included upgrades to the existing offices and restrooms. Upgrades were provided to the existing warehouse lighting fixtures. Existing dock doors were enlarged and new openings were added including the installation of new dock levelers and shelters. The interior of the entire building was painted. Additionally, the existing parking lot was pulverized in place and replaced.
