The project required the complete renovation of a vacant retail building. Also included was the demolition of an auto service center for conversion into two (2) truck docks. In order to accommodate the docks, existing paving, curbs, and utility water main were all reworked or relocated.
The construction scheduling was key as the adjacent building was a fully operational department store. Included in the renovation was a cut-in of the new storefront which included a dryvit facade and new landscaping. Interior additions include new power supply boxes and a connection to an out-of-state energy management system.
