Audi Dealership & Service Center

OHC successfully completed the construction of a new Audi dealership in Novi, Michigan, transforming the existing facility into a modern and expanded automotive retail environment. The project included a comprehensive renovation of the existing dealership, highlighted by the addition of a 21,371-square-foot showroom designed to enhance customer experience and showcase Audi’s brand standards. In addition, the service department underwent a substantial 22,500-square-foot renovation, improving functionality, efficiency, and capacity for vehicle maintenance and repair operations. A significant challenge encountered during the project was the site’s location over a former dump beneath the previous dealership. To address ground stability concerns, helical piers were installed to provide a secure foundation, ensuring long-term structural integrity for the new and renovated facilities. Through careful planning and innovative engineering solutions, OHC delivered a high-quality dealership that meets both operational and brand requirements while overcoming complex site conditions.
