A brand new ground-up warehouse was constructed for Hove Street Properties, Allied Commerce Center (ACC), located in Livonia, Michigan.
This is the fifth building in the Commerce Center. The new 200,000 SF warehouse features spacious office space and 34 truck bays. Also included is an upgraded ESFR fire suppression system, a high-volume sprinkler system that is quick to respond in case of emergency.
The Oliver / Hatcher team previously renovated and constructed tenant improvements at ACC Buildings 1 and 3.
