Oliver / Hatcher performed CM services for this project build-out with an extremely aggressive schedule of four and a half months from start to finish.
The project construction was coordinated and completed in an occupied building with adjacent tenants.
The new space features high-end finishes throughout including state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment and custom millwork. The ceiling throughout the office space was covered with an acoustical sound spray to add user comfort through insulation, noise reduction, durability and condensation control.
