Oliver / Hatcher Construction is seeking a motivated Project Intern who is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management preferred. This internship delivers real-world construction experience while building the skills and understanding needed for a strong career foundation.

Internship Goals:
- Each intern is paired with an experienced mentor who provides guidance, support, and feedback. At the start of your internship, you will receive specific goals tailored to your development.
- Your mentor will help you navigate the internship and ensure you stay on track toward successfully meeting these goals. Evaluations will be based on your completion of these objectives.
Responsibilities:
- As a Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various departments and gain exposure to multiple aspects of construction operations. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Project Managers with on-site and off-site project activities
- Supporting Project Superintendents with field coordination and tasks
- Working with Project Estimators on takeoffs, bid preparation, and other estimating functions
- Coordinating, organizing, and tracking the flow of project information
- Managing project documents, including drawings, permits, and material procurement records
- Organizing and tracking submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Assisting with project scheduling and coordinating subcontractor labor and material deliveries
- Performing general labor tasks on an as-needed basis
- Attending seminars, training sessions, and continuing education opportunities
