The Oliver/Hatcher team renovated this existing 50,000 SF facility for the installation of three highly sensitive and secure testing chambers.
The project required extensions and connections to existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection services and supplies. These connections were accomplished during off-hours to minimize occupant interruption.
Site construction including exterior foundations, concrete, paving and fencing for the installation of the process piping and cooling tower and mechanical equipment.
