We are a company built on relationships and experience. Since 1995 our team has constructed more than 14 million square feet of building space including structures upwards of one million square feet. We have also renovated nearly two million square feet of office interiors in the past decade.
Oliver/Hatcher Construction isn’t a traditional construction company. Our team has over 200 years of combined experience in the field of construction. We offer expertise within the fields of design, architecture, pre-construction, construction management, reconstruction, and renovation, closeout and commissioning. Our team has worked on some of the most technically challenging construction projects, resulting in cutting-edge, industry innovations.

Oliver/Hatcher Construction utilizes the most up-to-date, and technologically advanced software. These systems promote seamless communication between the owner, architect, and construction manager. Our software suite includes Microsoft Project, Sage Timberline Office, and On Screen Take-Off for estimating. The take-off quantities developed by this program are tied directly to our historical cost database, which allows us to develop accurate budget estimates early in the planning process.
What we commit to doing on time, within budget, will be delivered on time and within budget. Many organizations think it is an acceptable business practice to continually increase the budget, and resources allotted to a project. Those changes are almost always due to lack of proper identification of what is required to complete the project from the beginning, and poor communication with the client. Our team avoids scope creep and the detrimental increases in budget and delay in delivery that result, by properly identifying the construction objectives from the beginning, and anticipating issues that may arise with each project.
